You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Planthead.

You're responsible for your account, your password, and the activity that happens under your account.

You keep ownership of the plants, photos, and notes you post. You grant Planthead a limited license to host and display that content so the app can function.

Be kind. No harassment, hate, spam, illegal content, or attempts to break the app. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Plant identification, care plans, and "about this plant" intros are AI-generated and may be wrong. Always double-check before doing anything that could harm a plant, a pet, or a person.

Premium features may be offered for a fee. Refund and renewal terms will be described at purchase.

You can delete your account at any time from Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Planthead is provided "as is", without warranties. We do our best, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that your monstera will survive.

To the extent allowed by law, Planthead is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
